The Center for Next Generation Photovoltaics, a U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers (I/UCRC) program, will host a webinar as a part of the Next Generation Photovoltaics Lecture Series, titled “Income Levels and Austin Energy’s Solar Incentive Program,” by Scott Nguyen at 4:00 p.m. Central on October 3, 2017.

Abstract
From 2004 through April 2017, Austin Energy’s Solar Incentive Program has provided capacity-based rebates to 5758 customers totaling over $55 million and incentivizing over 33 MW of residential PV installations. This talk will present results of a recent study analyzing the income distribution of the Austin Energy residential solar incentive program.
