Elizabeth Trujillo, a professor of law at Texas A&M University and a Texas A&M Energy Institute faculty affiliate, is a co-author of a new book titled, “Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in the United States,” published by the Environmental Law Institute (ELI).

Dr. Nimir Elbashir, professor of petroleum and chemical engineering and chair of petroleum engineering at Texas A&M University at Qatar and director of the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station Gas and Fuels Research Center (GFRC), along with Dr. Arturo Jiménez Gutiérrez, a professor of Chemical Engineering and Researcher at Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya, Mexico in the Department of Chemical Engineering, co-hosted and co-led a Monetizing Shale and Natural Gas workshop on March 13-14, 2019 in Celaya, Mexico.
